Overview
Gill and I started working together in 2023 to rebrand her businesses. The existing brand had existed for more than 10 years and carried a lot of sentimental value to her as well as being well known to her audience. However, Gill knew that it was time to update and renew and I was thrilled when she bought me onboard for the journey.
One of my more in-depth packages, Gill's new branding was applied across a number of templates, created in Canva for her ease of use, as well as presentation documents, learning materials and most recently her website (with the help of Hannah Dossary).

More than a logo
The brand development also included a suite of illustrated embellishments to enhance her designs and add a sense of play and fun without being too childish. Brand icons were also created to represent the Inkpots values, based on her students' feedback on how they feel about working with Gill. It was really important to encorporate and reflect their views throughout the project.

"
It has been a total pleasure to work with Charlotte on a new logo and design assets for my business. I particularly appreciate the ease with which the project progressed and Charlotte's great communications.
The previous logo had been around for over ten years and carried a lot of our history with it. But Charlotte handled the transition with trademark sensitivity.

The result
Not only has working with Gill from Inkpots meant a really meaningful brand has been created that she and her mentees are proud of, but a really close relationship has been formed between us. One of trust and confidence, seeing us continue working together on the Inkpots brand and other new and exciting projects going forward.
