Retainers

There for you each month.

A retainer means you get support each month without the hassle of booking in the time.

Does this sound like you?

You find you're not able to complete all your design and marketing materials each month and the list keeps getting bigger.

Your business is not ready to hire an in-house designer

There's lots of important things that you should be doing in your business, but you know that you shouldn't neglect your design tasks

You value good design and want an expert working with you each month, giving you piece of mind your assets will always look on brand and representative of your business.

How it works

Step 1

We'll have a call to discuss the type of design work you have to do on an average month. From here we'll decide the amount of hours we think you'll need each month (note that the minimum requirement is 4 hours or £220 a month).

Step 2

We'll then arrange dates in our calendars so we both know when you need to supply me with your to-do list and when I will work on your required design needs each month. I will onboard you into Asana (my project management software), where we can share what we will be working on.

Step 3

Your first month will require payment before the work starts, and we'll trial a three month timeframe to make sure that what we've agreed to aligns with the workload. You'll then receive an invoice at the start of each month to pay before any further work commences.

Step 4

After the first three months we can assess if the current arangement and allotted hours are working and make any adjustments if necessary. We'll then agree on the next assessment date.

Things to note

If the workload changes from month to month, don't panic, you have up to 3 months to use your hours - just make sure you let me know if you need to skip some time so we can reschedule appropriately.

You can cancel with one months notice, any outstanding time left on your retainer will be honoured.
